Terms & Conditions

The Service is intended for licensed compounding pharmacy owners, operators, and authorized representatives, age 18+, with legal authority to bind their organization.

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent use.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks on the Service.
• No misrepresentation of identity, pharmacy status, or licensure.
• No use of the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.

Any paid engagement with the Company is governed by a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Where amounts are quoted on the Service, they are estimates only. Setup fees and recurring fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Service Agreement. Late payments accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

By providing your mobile number and opting in (web form, intake, keyword, or by texting us first), you agree to receive recurring A2P and P2P SMS/MMS messages from Buzzword Strategies LLC, including messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Programs: appointment reminders, application follow-up, onboarding, account/service notifications, security, and marketing related to compound.buzz.
• Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages/month for marketing programs; transactional and conversational messages may be more frequent.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. We will send one confirmation.
• Help: reply HELP or email support@compound.buzz.
• Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
• You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours, or that you have the account holder's permission to opt in.
• You agree your communications with us may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance.

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Buzzword Strategies LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Service for its intended business purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business and client information confidential and to use it only to perform under these Terms or a Service Agreement.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, patient volume, market share, or marketing result. Past results do not predict future results.

Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your pharmacy, including FDA, DEA, state board, HIPAA, USP 795/797/800, and applicable advertising and telemarketing laws.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to the Company in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzword Strategies LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, or state pharmacy/advertising laws).

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules in Denver, Colorado, except either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
