• Contact information you submit through forms or applications: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, state, role, and pharmacy details.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, SMS/MMS, web form, scheduling links, or phone calls (including call recordings where permitted by law).
• Usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

• Program purpose: appointment scheduling, application follow-up, onboarding, account/service updates, account security, and marketing related to compound.buzz.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the campaign you opted into.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; messages may not be deliverable to all carriers at all times.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors that help us operate the messaging program (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel) under contract.

We send marketing emails only to recipients who have provided consent or have an existing business relationship with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or emailing privacy@compound.buzz.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. under U.S. law.
